Willard Square Haven

RESIDENTIAL | RENOVATION

Located in Willard Square of South Portland, this 1,600 sf addition adds a first floor primary suite to an existing home. With a Carriage House style design, the addition provides a new mudroom that provides a central entry point with access to the existing home and to the separated primary suite. Design features offer simple details and natural materials while blending in with the beautiful landscaped yard. The addition was designed to be a replicated and offset form of the existing home which maximized the front and rear yard areas on the property.
